Notes:
The Blu-Ray I used doesn't have hardcoded English subtitles for the non-English parts.
I made softcoded English subtitles (srt), for the non-English parts, the default and forced subtitle.
You can always select a different language (Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Russian and Spanish).

All these subs were ripped of the Blu-Ray, except the Russian one, this one was translated by Goblin.

I want to thank the AHD-community for helping me check the different subtitle streams on errors
(except Italian and Spanish, these are not fully checked on OCR-errors).
